The Reporter provides users with a quick and easy way to report bugs and share their Polarity log files with our tech support team.

The Reporter will launch automatically upon detecting a software crash. However, it can be manually accessed from the Polarity Overlay menu by clicking on the Report Issue link.

If the Reporter has been launched all that is needed is to:

  1. Select whether or not to send the report anonymously.

  2. Include an email address that you would like our team to contact you at. (Optional).

  3. Provide useful details such as what you were last doing when you noticed or triggered the issue.

  4. Select whether or not to send Polarity logs with the report.

  5. Choose how many days of logs to send.

Once all the details have been entered hit Send and our Support team will look into your issue as soon as possible.
